Looking for another quick and easy Halloween idea? Head back to Michael's and pick up this sticker book for $1.00:
Cover tops/bottoms of mini Reese's peanut butter cups with said stickers:
Place in small plastic ziploc bags (found in the bead aisle of Michael's and lined with a 2.5 x 4.5" strip of black cardstock), add a custom tag, and share!
You can download the tags
here. :)
I love this idea (and may be borrowing it for my Halloween party)!!!

Oh, this is really clever, Beth! Love it. Just downloaded the tag and will hit Michael's tomorrow!

I LOVED THESE!!! I went to Michael's today and had the supervisor and another worker sweeping the stores looking for them and with no luck came home and searched the internet.....anyone willing to buy a couple of books and send them to me????
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous idea! I love it, and since my family goes nuts for peanut butter cups, it's a win-win!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been able to find them at my Michaels either. I have tried 4 stores. Anybody have a few books that they would be willing to send to me. I will pay for them and shipping!!
ReplyDeleteI went back to my local Michael's today to buy a few extra books and they were sold out! If I find some at another location I'll let you know! Thanks for all the fun comments, everyone!

Beth,
ReplyDeleteCan you post the item #? I found a place called Consumer Crafts.com that will look it up.
Holly, They're made by Darice and the item # is 2514-43M10 Giant Eyeball. Next year, I'm buying 20 of them when they hit the shelves! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my that is so cool! Heading to Michaels later today. Daughter will love this.

ReplyDeleteI went to THREE different Michaels today with TWO very unhappy boys in tow and did NOT find the stickers : ( If anyone finds them please feel free to share the wealth : )
ReplyDeleteI can't find the stickers either and am pretty bummed since this is such a cute idea. I have the reeces and the tags printed up but no STICKERS!
ReplyDeleteI can't find the stickers either... Boo!! I even put the item number in on Darice's website and it said no matches found! Sheesh!! I am in the same boat if anyone has extras and wants to send a few my way here in Indy (Go Colts!), I would happily pay for them and postage!!

Went to 5 stores and found 1 book...so sad not to find more. Did you use halloween colored reese's? It looks like I see purple foil-and can you share where you got the black kisses? When the eyeball stickers seemed impossible I started searching for black foiled kisses and those were just as difficult! You are so clever, thanks so much for sharing your gifts!
ReplyDeletelove love this...so sad that I can not find eyeballs anywhere even on the internet...and the internet has everything!!
ReplyDeleteI am sad too!! Michael's didn't have any here either! I did find some felt eyes stickers. More expensive and you get less but oh, well!
ReplyDeleteGreat project thanks so much for sharing!
