In addition to making lunch time extra fun for the kids, these would be perfect for party favors and for holding all those classroom valentines too. (Maybe you'd want to print a whole set for your child's class?)
For a detailed tutorial on printing directly on standard brown paper bags, go here to my Halloween Lunch Bags post.
And to make the kids' lunches extra special, how about throwing some silly Valentine's Day jokes in the bag?
Enjoy!

I LOVE this idea! Can't wait to put the cute little jokes in my son's lunch! Thanks so much for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI actually tried to do this at halloween, but couldn't figure out how to get the bags to go through my printer (which is way to smart apparently, it can tell what size paper I'm using). Hopefully, I can figure it out, because I love how this looks. I love paper bags!

I love these but when I go to print them using a white bag all this excess blank ink comes off on the bag. Any ideas on how to clean my printer first? Did you have this problem?
ReplyDeletehee hee, cute jokes!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great comments, everyone! Sarah, I've definitely gotten ink smudges on my bags when running them through the printer. (I mentioned it in both my Halloween and Christmas bag posts.) Unfortunately, there's no rhyme or reason to it--sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. Sorry I can't be more help but, I say, embrace the smudges!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this cute idea of making your child's lunch at school on Valentine's Day so special. I do a post every weekend on budget-friendly inspiring ideas and I featured this printable there. {Hope you don't mind!}
